Bulgarian architectural bureau GAUDI is founded in 1992 in Sofia, Bulgaria by the architects Dora Kostadinova Marinova and Svetlin Georgiev Marinov.

Since the time of its foundation to present, the focus of the bureau’s activity is the complex design of buildings, urban planning, design of reconstruction of existent buildings, interiors.

The architectural bureau designs residential, office, administrative, commercial and industrial buildings as well as hotels and warehouses. The bureau has realized many projects in Bulgaria. Since 1992 to present it has designed over 350 000 m2 built-up area.

Architectural studio GAUDI has participated in Bulgarian and international architectural competitions and after winning some of them has been assigned tasks by investors. The bureau sets high standards of quality and correctness.
